Restoration Plans
The church has begun fund-raising for the restoration of the interior and exterior of St. Brigid's. Interior
restoration would include uncovering mural paintings, and restoring columns, capitals, and painted ornament on walls and vaulting.
Exterior restoration would include repointing masonry, repairs of cracks, and repairs to exterior woodwork and metal.
In addition, basic structural and functional problems will be addressed.
The church needs and welcomes donations from the public to further this restoration cause. Donations can be made
directly at the church, at Sunday or Weekday Eucharist, 314 St. Patrick St., or at the Rectory at 179 Murray St. Ottawa
